Authenticity Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that a piece is found to be inauthentic, despite our thorough verification and provenance processes, the buyer may request a full refund. This request must be accompanied by two independent expert opinions, mutually agreed upon by both parties, confirming the inauthenticity of the artwork.
No Returns for Condition or Description Discrepancies: We strongly encourage buyers to inspect the artwork prior to bidding, either in person or through a representative, to ensure they are satisfied with the condition and description. All information provided, including descriptions of condition, materials, dimensions, and provenance, is our professional opinion and should not be taken as a statement of fact. Preservation measures like relining or stretching are not considered defaults and are not subject to refund or return.
