Ehab Zein Eddine

Syrian

Ehab Zein El Dine is a Syrian artist born in 1990. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Damascus University in 2012, where he later pursued postgraduate studies and worked as a lecturer.
Although his master’s studies were interrupted by the war, he continued his artistic and educational journey by opening his own studio in Sweida, where he remains active to this day. Zein El Dine adopts a contemporary symbolic realist style, known for his powerful depictions of children in post-conflict settings, blending innocence with the harshness of war.

His works often feature multilayered backgrounds, incorporating newspaper clippings that evoke memory, displacement, and hope. He has participated in exhibitions in Syria and Lebanon, and his works are collected in several countries, including Germany, France, and the United States.
